Helsinki Samba Carnaval is held annually in June.

The event has been organized since 1991. The festival features free, open-to-all programming, workshops, celebrations, and of course the highlight of Helsinki's summer - the carnival parades! The event is suitable for everyone from infants to seniors.

The festival attracts up to 40,000 spectators annually and is Finland's largest carnival event. In addition to Finnish audiences, the event draws tourists from around the world each year.
