Nature Next to Urban Life Walking Tour

The tour takes you to the Tourujo nature reserve in the city centre. The route follows the riverbanks partly along wooden boardwalks - a total of 700 metres of lush meadow. During the tour you will learn about the restoration of the Tourujo rapids, where the river is being returned to a more natural state.

The second destination is Kangas, a residential area built on a former industrial site, where contemporary architecture and historic buildings stand side by side.
