Dan Zanes is a roots-rock musician and children's music legend, known from the band The Del Fuegos and the multicultural "Dan Zanes and the Friends" project. Throughout his career, he has worked with Lou Reed, Nick Cave, Suzanne Vega, Sheryl Crow, Angelique Kidjo, and Bob Weir of Grateful Dead. His wife Claudia Zanes is a jazz vocalist and music therapist with roots in Haitian tradition - she performs at jazz festivals and works as a therapist in hospitals and schools. The couple has made music together since they met in 2016.

On their tour through Finland and the Baltics, they perform acoustic roots-folk and jazz - both classics and original songs at Sellon Library. The concert is intended for all age groups, and children and adults from special groups are especially welcome: Dan and Claudia also work to create sensory-friendly musical experiences.
