Tanssin Aika 2026: MOVING NORTH - Dance Films from the North

Moving North - Dance Films from the North presents eight dance films in which movement is at the heart of cinematic storytelling.

Four of the films are Sámi films from Sápmi in Finland, Sweden and Norway - they address questions of identity, cultural heritage and land ownership. The other films examine the North's changing reality through climate crisis, snow loss and melting ice areas.
