Vinyl Stickers and Heat Transfer Images - Workshop
ilmainen
At Lumon Library's workshops, you will learn to use an electronic cutter (Cricut) and create your own vinyl stickers and heat transfer images. During the workshop, we will go through what Cricut is and how it works, practice designing simple images with the Cricut software, cut the image with the universal cutter, and attach the finished sticker or heat transfer image to a base. Materials and several color options are provided by the library. The workshops are free.
Workshops are held in Lumon Library's organization room once a month: 3.9., 15.10., and 19.11.2026 from 17:30 to 19:00. Each session has the same content, and you can participate in multiple sessions. Each workshop accommodates five (5) participants - if places are full, priority is given to people who have not attended previous workshops.
The age limit is 13 years, but younger children can participate with an adult. If you come with a child, one registration is sufficient. Workshop participants can later use the library's universal cutter independently.
Register for your preferred date by selecting: 3.9.2026, 15.10.2026, or 19.11.2026.
For heat transfer image creators: You can bring fabric or a garment to the workshop that you want to attach the image to - or attach it later at home. The fabric should be 100% cotton so it doesn't melt during attachment, and should be pre-washed, as the fabric's treatment chemicals may stain it when heated. The image is attached at the library using a heat press or by ironing.
