Black Devils is a Finnish rock band founded in 1995 in Joutseno, built around the Hurriganes tribute format. The core trio - vocalist/drummer J-P Kakkola, bassist Tero Salminen and guitarist Matti Kähkönen - has collaborated with two legendary Hurriganes guitarists, Ile Kallio and Janne Louhivuori, producing the studio albums "Get Ready!" (2024) and "Hooked" (2025), both of which reached the top of the Finnish physical album chart.
A 30th Anniversary Show is announced for 11 December 2026 at Helsinki's Kulttuuritalo, with tickets on sale from 27 April 2026.
Black Devils feat. Ile Kallio & Janne Louhivuori announced a new autumn 2026 tour run, with shows continuing through to December.
A 30th anniversary album "30 Years in a Hurricane" and a companion book "30 vuotta hurrikaanin silmässä" by Topi Salmi are both set for release in September 2026.
The album "Hooked", produced by Janne Louhivuori, was released on 21 March 2025.
"Get Ready!", the first studio album with both Ile Kallio and Janne Louhivuori, was released on 23 February 2024 on Emsalö Music.
