About

Eva Vikman is a Finnish singer-songwriter from Hämeenkoski who works at the crossroads of pop, jazz and iskelmä. She has won national composition and songwriting competitions, and her music - built on recognisable melodies and thoughtful Finnish lyrics - aims to bring warmth and hope to listeners. Trained also as an occupational therapist, she weaves that background into her concert concept 'Lempeitä lauluja ja asiaa myötätunnosta' (Gentle Songs and Something About Compassion), touring actively across Finland.
