Omnium Gatherum is a Finnish melodic death metal band from Karhula (Kotka), founded in autumn 1996. Over ten studio albums they have built a reputation for blending Gothenburg-style riffing with progressive textures - a sound their label half-jokingly markets as 'Adult-Oriented Death Metal'. Their 2011 breakthrough New World Shadows put them on the international map, and they have since toured North America, Europe and Australia with acts such as Insomnium and Dark Tranquillity.
Omnium Gatherum released their tenth studio album, May the Bridges We Burn Light the Way, on 7 November 2025 via Century Media Records.
The band announced a 27-date North American headline tour running from 16 November to 14 December 2025, with support from Aether Realm and Hinayana.
Omnium Gatherum announced an early 2026 European/UK headline tour with Fallujah and In Mourning, running from 11 February in Copenhagen to 7 March in London.
The band released 'The Last Hero' as the lead single from May the Bridges We Burn Light the Way.
Omnium Gatherum played a run of European summer festivals including John Smith Festival in Peurunka, Finland, and Summer Breeze in Dinkelsbühl, Germany.
