MUSAMUSA-klubi showcases three rising Finnish artists: Swarm, Rami Helin, and Featherfoot. The evening's DJ sets are handled by MUSAMUSA's Deep Shadows & Brilliant Highlights.
Rami Helin (b. 1976) is a Finnish singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who built his reputation in the Turku band scene through groups such as Turun Romantiikka, Huuto! and, more recently, as bassist for The Flaming Sideburns. His debut solo album The Joyful Apocalypse, released in January 2026 under the name Rami Helin Presents, draws on cinematic chamber pop and classic songwriting craft, with English-language lyrics co-written with American expatriate Will Shade.
Turun Sanomat reported that Helin turned 50 on Finnish Culture Day and covered the making of his debut solo album.
The Joyful Apocalypse was released on 23 January 2026 in a limited pressing of 100 CDs and 150 LPs.
"Marseille After Midnight", the second single from The Joyful Apocalypse, was released in December 2025, featuring Irina Björklund on musical saw.
The lead single "An Illustrated Guide to Slums, Bums & Cutthroats (Run, François, Run)" was released in October 2025, announcing the solo project.
😴 Nothing scheduled with this artist in the near future.
