Rami Helin

About

Rami Helin (b. 1976) is a Finnish singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who built his reputation in the Turku band scene through groups such as Turun Romantiikka, Huuto! and, more recently, as bassist for The Flaming Sideburns. His debut solo album The Joyful Apocalypse, released in January 2026 under the name Rami Helin Presents, draws on cinematic chamber pop and classic songwriting craft, with English-language lyrics co-written with American expatriate Will Shade.
