Säädöt is a Helsinki punk-rock band whose sound sits somewhere between raw punk and melodic suomirock. The band's self-titled debut album came out in September 2025 on Herttoniemen Savuttomat Kasvissyöjät Records, drawing praise from Soundi magazine as one of the year's best domestic punk-rock debuts. Their songs tackle relationship tangles, real-life crime stories and social commentary, delivered through a contrast of rough guitars and vocalist Enni's smooth, sometimes surprisingly tender voice.
Säädöt supported Swedish punk band Helvetesmaskinen on their first-ever Finland shows in Helsinki and Salo.
Säädöt released their self-titled debut album and celebrated with a release party at Käpygrilli in Helsinki on 5 September 2025.
Soundi magazine reviewed the debut and called it a record that 'leaves you wanting more', recommending it as the domestic punk-rock album of the year.
