She Past Away is a Turkish post-punk and darkwave duo from Bursa, formed in 2006 by vocalist/guitarist Volkan Caner and drummer/synth player Doruk Öztürkcan. Singing entirely in Turkish, the band layers cold synthesizers and buzzsaw guitars over gothic imagery, drawing comparisons to Bauhaus and The Sisters of Mercy. Their 2012 debut Belirdi Gece broke them internationally, and three studio albums later they remain one of the most prominent darkwave acts to emerge from outside Western Europe.
She Past Away released the single 'Inziva' in September 2024, accompanied by a music video, and subsequently launched the 'Inziva' tour across Europe and North America.
The band performed at Amphi Festival 2025 in Cologne, Germany, in July 2025.
She Past Away played Der Schwarze Ball festival in Zurich in April 2026.
The band appeared at Wave-Gotik-Treffen 2026 in Leipzig in May 2026.
She Past Away have an extensive autumn 2026 European tour announced, with dates in Göteborg, Warsaw, Bremen and other cities.
