Stockard Channing (born Susan Antonia Williams Stockard, February 13, 1944) is an American actress whose career spans stage, film and television over five decades. She is best known for playing Betty Rizzo in Grease (1978) and First Lady Abbey Bartlet in The West Wing (1999-2006), and her accolades include a Tony Award, three Emmy Awards and an Academy Award nomination for Six Degrees of Separation (1993).
Practical Magic 2, in which Channing reprises her role as Aunt Frances, was released in US theaters on September 10, 2026.
