Suvi Teräsniska (born 10 April 1989 in Kolari) is one of Finland's most popular iskelmä singers, signed to Warner Music Finland. She broke through in 2008 with the ballad 'Hento kuiskaus' and has since released 14 albums - nearly all of them platinum-certified - with total sales of half a million copies. Her awards include two Emma prizes, the Iskelmä-Finlandia 2016, and at the Iskelmä Gaala 2026 she was named both Artist of the Year and winner of Song of the Year for 'Rikki mutta riittävä'.
At Iskelmä Gaala on 20 February 2026 in Tampere, Teräsniska won both Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for 'Rikki mutta riittävä', bringing her total Iskelmä Gaala wins to 11.
Teräsniska released 'Iltalauluja II' in November 2025, the follow-up to her double-platinum lullaby album, and it debuted at number one on the Finnish physical album chart.
The 'Seuraavassa elämässä' concert hall tour ran from March to April 2025, including Teräsniska's first-ever performance at Helsinki's Finlandia Hall.
