Life Skills in Focus!

This event is intended only for pensioners and unemployed people who have a service centre card.

The "Life Skills in Focus" group discusses small everyday sources of joy and gratitude - things that awaken positive feelings. The group meets through discussion and exercises.

Registration is not required - you can come each time or whenever it suits you.
