Job Search Support Workshops: Hidden Job Market Workshop (online)

This online workshop covers the hidden job market: what hidden jobs are, where to find them, and how to approach employers directly. The session is hands-on - you will actively search for hidden job opportunities during the workshop itself. To prepare, think of 1-2 workplaces or employers you would like to work for that are not currently advertising any open positions.

To participate, you must:
- Apply in advance via the application form
- Be a resident of Helsinki
- Have sufficient language skills to communicate with the instructor and other participants without an interpreter or assistant
- Have basic digital skills and be able to use a computer independently
- Have your own computer or mobile device for the remote session
