Pride Workshop Chill Hanging and Espoo Parishes: WALK-IN

Come make signs for the parade, decorate your old fabric bags or clothes, or simply hang out in a safe and welcoming environment. You can also speak privately with a staff member working in the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Church's rainbow programme - you can come to chat, ask questions, or just talk things through.

We work in Finnish, Swedish, and English.

Principles of safer spaces in Espoo parishes' activities
• We meet each person openly and without prejudice.
• We value each individual and their unique background.
• We respect different ways of believing and different worldviews.
• We respect an individual's right to express themselves and to be silent.
• We use language that promotes a sense of safety.
• We avoid offensive expressions.
• We do not discriminate and do not tolerate spiritual violence.
• If discrimination or spiritual violence occurs, we intervene.
