Open peer support group for family carers

You can join the group even if you are not an official family carer - it is enough that you care for or look after a loved one. In the group you will receive support from others in the same situation and information about services. Meetings are held on the last Monday of each month.

The service centre's activities are free for pensioners and unemployed people in Helsinki. Participation requires a service centre card, which you can obtain free of charge from the service centre's information desk.
