Open peer support group for family carers

You don't need to be an official family carer to join the group. It's enough to be in a situation where you care for or look after a loved one. In the group you'll receive peer support and information about available services. The group meets on the last Monday of each month.

The service centre's activities are free for pensioners and unemployed people in Helsinki. To participate, you need a service centre card, which you can obtain free of charge from the service centre's information desk.
