Job Search Support Workshops: Effective Job Search Workshop

This workshop covers how job searching works in practice and where to find open positions. You'll get an overview of the job search process along with practical tools to make your search more focused and effective.

Topics include key job search channels, creating job alerts and search profiles, and how to use the Job Market Finland (Työmarkkinatori) service. The workshop is particularly suited to those who are unsure where to start looking, or who want to get their search on track.

To attend, you must apply in advance via the application form, be a resident of Helsinki, have sufficient language skills to communicate with the instructor and other participants without an interpreter, and be able to use a computer independently. A computer can be borrowed for the session, or you can bring your own. Please bring your online banking credentials to log in to Job Market Finland, and your email login details if you have them.
