Can you find peace for your thoughts through music?

Sahaj Unlimited is folk-pop with an Indian flavour, rooted in the spiritual bhajan tradition. The band is a borderless collective of musicians from many countries, united by a shared interest in meditation. Alongside Indian musicians, the ensemble includes Finnish music professionals, a Central European vocalist, and a tabla drummer.

The programme features bhajan songs that Sahaj Unlimited recorded in the studio in the early 2000s. The concert also includes semi-classical Indian dance, accompanied live by the band.

The band's music is connected to Sahaja Yoga meditation, and as part of the concert, we will set up a meditation point in Espa Park, where passersby and concert-goers can experience meditation.
