Jouhikko Jams at Rikhardinkatu Library Summer Patio

Jouhikko jams on Wednesday evenings in August from 18:00 to 19:30 at the summer patio of Rikhardinkatu Library.

Welcome to jam with the jouhikko or other quiet instruments, such as the kantele or munharpa.

At the jams you can try what it feels like to play the jouhikko or 5-string kantele. You can also simply sit and listen. The pieces are chosen according to the participants' level and wishes.

The summer patio is an outdoor space, but there is a small shelter in case of rain. In wet weather, a weather reservation applies.
