Jouhikko Jams at Richardsgatan Library Summer Courtyard

Jouhikko jams gather on Wednesday evenings in August from 18:00 to 19:30 at the summer courtyard of Richardsgatan Library. The event is organized by Jouhikko rf.

During the jams you can play the jouhikko or other quiet instruments such as kantele or munharpa. You can also try out the jouhikko or a 5-string kantele, and if you prefer, simply sit and listen. The pieces are selected according to the participants' level and wishes.

The summer courtyard is an outdoor space, but there is a small shelter for rain. In case of heavy rain, the event may be postponed. Bring your own instrument.
