Supported job search for non-native speakers is a service where you get help with job searching and learning Finnish in the workplace.

The service is right for you if: you want to find a job, you want to learn more about Finnish working life, your Finnish is at least level A2.1, you want to practice more Finnish, you are motivated and active in your job search, you are interested in work in retail, tourism, hospitality or real estate. It doesn't matter if you don't yet have experience in the field!

In this service you receive personal help and support in a group setting. The goal is for you to find a job and start working. What matters most is that you are motivated, want to learn more, and find a job.

After attending the information session, a specialist will assess whether the service is right for you and guide you into the programme.
