Kingz Cafe Makeup and Performance Workshop

The Kingz Cafe Makeup and Performance Workshop covers the fundamentals of masculine makeup and character building through makeup and movement. Participants will learn masculine dance movements and body work under guided instruction. No prior experience or personal makeup supplies are required, but flexible clothing is recommended - you will sweat.

During the two-hour workshop, participants will develop a character for themselves and learn the basics of theatre work. There are a maximum of 20 places, so registration is necessary.

The workshop is led by artists from the boy band Out of Sync, who are experienced teachers in dance, theatrical expression, and graphic design. Out of Sync is a fictional boy band consisting of four theatre artists - Pete, Nico, Wayne, and Cummy - whose performances combine energetic dance numbers, lip-sync, and comedy.
