Come celebrate a different kind of midsummer while sailing in good company!

Midsummer Sailing on Fareata

- Fri 11:00 - Sun 15:00 / 19.-21.6.
- Tent accommodation (own / shared with a friend / hammock)
- Camping conditions (bring your own gear and be prepared for weather!), adventure midsummer
- Sauna included in the price if we visit it during the trip
- Goal to spend nights on uninhabited islands
- Meals prepared together (and a joint shopping trip before the voyage)

Transport to the boat / Buses:

/ Starts Fri 11:00 in Nauvo

/ arrival in Turku 18:15
/ for those coming from Helsinki, same bus from Kaarina with a connecting bus

Nights can be cold in summer, windy and wet. Your own equipment must be suitable for the conditions (sleeping bag). The boat has no rental gear, such as sailing suits (except life jackets and gloves).

S/Y Fareata is a cosy seaworthy vessel that is 11 metres long and weighs 8.5 tonnes. The steel hull is stable even in rough weather.

The sailing trip is priced as follows: 70 € member / 190 € supporting member / 240 € non-member. The price covers food costs, but participants must arrange their own transport to the harbour.

Before sailing, you will receive a packing list and more detailed information about departure and return locations via a sailing letter sent to your email. The boat has no sailing suits to rent, so you need your own equipment. Remember to check your email!

NOTE! All Snupu sailing trips are alcohol and drug-free for both participants and crew. Use of alcohol or drugs during sailing immediately ends the sailing trip and bars the person from boarding the vessel.
