Swedish rockabilly band The Go Getters was founded in 1988 in Västerås. The band's frontman is singer and drummer Peter Sandberg. The music draws from traditional rockabilly, rock'n'roll, blues and country - a combination that has made the band a popular live act across Europe, the USA and Australia.

Their debut album Real Gone! was released in 1993, and since then the band has recorded several albums and toured actively. The repertoire also includes rockabilly versions of well-known songs, such as Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire. In 2018, The Go Getters won the award for best rockabilly band of the year at the Ameripolitan Music Awards ceremony in Memphis.
