Oulu Festival Weeks culminates in the European Capital of Culture summer 2026 with the Delta Life festival weekend on 27-29 August.

The programme includes Elojazz, Oulunsalo Soi, Muusajuhlat, Arts Night, Oulu Music Video Festivals, Air Guitar World Championships, and Flow Productions. The extended programme also features a choir day, children's activities, and other rotating content.

The Delta Life grand finale weekend (27-29 Aug) was announced, featuring a free outdoor spectacle on a water-based delta stage at Pokkisenväylä, combining the Air Guitar World Championships with a 45-minute multidisciplinary show.
