Vilma Talvitie

Vilma Talvitie is a singer-songwriter, pianist, and nomadic folk artist who performs as a one-woman orchestra with her PianoBodyPercussion live concept. Voice, piano, body percussion, and percussion instruments form a unified whole.

Talvitie's musical expression moves between tenderness, power, and intensity, blending Finno-Ugric roots with influences drawn from around the world. Her solo album Olio / Alien, released in spring 2026, explores the experience of otherness - what it feels like to be a stranger among your own, yet free everywhere.
