Beach Mega Pong 2026

The Mega Pong tournament takes place on Thursday 2.7 at 18.30 at Ispoisten beach (Rykmentintie 51) as part of Hybridi Turku rf's Haalarikellunta event. Winners will receive summer prizes.

Each team consists of two players and a team ticket costs 3.50 €. Be at the venue with your team before 18.30 - late arrivals may have their participation cancelled.

MEGA PONG RULES

A team consists of two (2) players. The team starts with six (6) buckets. The starting team begins with two (2) balls. Teams take turns throwing two (2) balls per turn, each player throwing one (1).

A team can request to rearrange the buckets (rerack) in any formation after hitting three (3) buckets. Buckets are removed from the field only at the end of the turn. If two (2) balls hit the same bucket, a total of two (2) buckets are removed. The last bucket must be hit separately.

Once all buckets have been hit, the losing team may continue throwing as long as they miss or until all of the opposing team's buckets have been hit. Bounces count as one (1) hit and cannot be blocked. The referee has the right to end the game if the situation appears hopeless.
