Vuorio Foundation Concert

Vaasa City Orchestra performs on Friday, 11 September at 18:00 in the Juhlasali hall of Vaasa City Hall. Conducted by Anna-Maria Helsing, the concert features violinist Christel Lee and cellist Jonathan Roozeman as soloists. The programme includes works by Mendelssohn, Pärt, Tabakov, and Brahms. The City Hall, completed in 1883, is one of Vaasa's most respected gathering places and provides a historic Art Nouveau setting for classical music. This is one of nine concerts the Vaasa City Orchestra presents across spring and autumn. Tickets cost 2-34 euros.
