Opera Evening

Vaasa City Hall - Juhlasali hosts an opera evening on Thursday, 29 October at 18:00. Vaasa City Orchestra, conducted by Anna-Maria Helsing, performs celebrated opera arias and ensemble scenes from works by Mozart, Rossini and Verdi alongside singers from the Mirjam Helin Academy. This concert is one of nine Finnish dates on the orchestra's tour. The City Hall, built in 1883, stands as one of Vaasa's most respected gathering places and provides a historic Art Nouveau setting for classical music. Admission tickets range from 2 to 34 euros.
