Badly Behaved Mothers - Stand-up Solo
Johanna Tohnin's stand-up solo "Badly Behaved Mothers" explores motherhood with honest and powerful humor. The performance examines questions such as whether you can tell your child directly what you think of them, whether a mother is allowed to behave badly - and whether fathers are still only praised for simply participating in everyday life.
Tohni weaves together stories from nuclear families, single parenthood, and blended family life, arriving at sharp insights about both her own motherhood and her relationship with her own mother. The show has toured to packed houses at TTT Club in Tampere, and the summer performance in Laukaa is the last before Tohnin's new solo launches in the autumn.
Tohni has performed on stand-up stages since 2012 and is known from the Nelonen program "Stand up!" as well as TTT Club's productions "Mars vs. Venus?" and "Mars vs. Venus? 2 - Rematch". She is also a member of All Female Panel.
