The World's Richest Woman

Description was written before the event
Marianne Farrere is the world's richest woman - heiress to a cosmetics empire for whom money has lost all meaning. When Pierre-Alain (Laurent Lafitte), an almost-photographer and fortune seeker, enters her life, their acquaintance quickly becomes a platonic romance. Marianne begins showering the photographer with millions, because pleasure is worth the price.
Her daughter (Marina Fois) attempts, with the help of lawyers and a butler, to evict the suitor from the heiress's bank account - without success. The story is loosely based on the Liliane Bettencourt scandal. Laurent Lafitte won the César Award for Best Actor for his role, and the lead is played by Isabelle Huppert.
