The Nutcracker – Anna Airola, UMO Helsinki Jazz Orchestra

Anna Airola and the UMO Helsinki Jazz Orchestra present a jazz interpretation of The Nutcracker in Helsinki on Friday, 18 December. Tchaikovsky's classical ballet is reimagined through modern jazz arrangements, offering a fresh perspective on the familiar work. This is one of two Finnish dates where Anna Airola collaborates with UMO to reinterpret classical music through the lens of jazz. The concert brings together the traditional composer's vision with the energy and improvisation of contemporary jazz performance.
