Tsäp! - The Story of a Photographer Who Wanted to Photograph a Fairy Tale Creature

Tsäp! is a fairy tale adventure performed by a single actor from Paikkateateri - for children and people of all ages. The performance is based on Finnish folk tales and is designed and performed by Lasse Forsgrén. Costume vision and consultation of the visual world has been handled by Jaana Kurttila. The performance lasts 45 minutes.

Photographer Manu is determined to prove that fairy tale creatures exist. The plan is simple: descend through a dried-up well to an underground fairy tale source, find a fairy tale creature and TSÄP! - snap a picture at just the right moment. In the fairy tale world there are plenty of creatures, but where there are fairy tale creatures, there are also adventures - and adventures tend to sweep you along.
