Doors open at 17.30, and before the concert begins there is an opportunity to enjoy an aperitif. The concert and dinner start at 18.30.

The evening features the Salesvuo Syncopation trio: Tomi Salesvuo (drums), Mikko Helevä (Hammond organ) and Jimi Ahlroos (tenor saxophone). The group has toured in Sweden and Germany this summer.

Dinner menu:
Ajo blanco, grapes marinated in yuzu, chili oil and tomato sorbet
Iberico pork neck, lipstick béarnaise sauce, cabbage seasoned with miso and chili
Raspberry, licorice and yuzu
