Reading Dog Alma

At Länsimäki Library you can practice reading with reading dog Alma. Reading sessions can be booked at the library in person or by calling customer service: 043 825 1548.

Readers of all ages can read to the reading dog. A child reads to the dog in a calm setting at their own pace - the dog listens without judgment and ignores reading mistakes, which encourages continued reading practice.
