Whitefish tartare (L) - traditional Finnish bread, blood orange fraîche, lemon-marinated gem lettuce and semi-dried tomato

Vegetable tartare (L) - traditional Finnish bread, blood orange fraîche, lemon-marinated gem lettuce, seaweed caviar and semi-dried tomato

Main course
Flank steak (L, G) - rich whiskey sauce, grilled asparagus with lime and potato tartlet

Crispy tofu and roasted celeriac (VEG, G) - dark balsamic sauce, grilled asparagus, colorful carrots, roasted porcini mushrooms and silky sweet potato purée

Dessert
Strawberry and white chocolate dessert (VL, G) - roasted white chocolate and mint-infused strawberry sauce

Guests of all ages are welcome. Tables are on two levels - the lower tier closer to the court and the upper tier just behind it. Note that seating in the Panorama Restaurant is not fully accessible. Tickets are sold per table party, so the entire group must arrive at the venue at the same time.
