Guided tours of Keuruu Old Church during summer
Keuruu's old church is Central Finland's oldest wooden church, built in 1756-1759. During the summer season it is open daily from 13.6. from 11:00 to 16:00, except on Midsummer's Eve. Admission is 4 €; visitors under 18 years old enter free. Payment is accepted in cash or by card.
Keuruu Museum is responsible for opening hours and guided tours. Outside regular hours, guided visits can be arranged through the museum - groups can book guided tours to other churches in Keuruu as well. Price list, sites and contact information are available at keuruu.fi/museo.
From 18.6. onwards, a multi-location art exhibition titled "Natural Forces II - The Trees Speak" takes place in the old church and on the church grounds. More information about the exhibition is available on the same website.
