Fundamentalist

Fundamentalist is a dialogue play about Markus, who has left the priesthood, and Heidi, who is connected to the revival movement. When they meet again after many decades, their opposing worldviews collide - and traces from the past surface: deep wounds, imprints of passion, bruises and bleeding sores. The work explores human relationships and religion, as well as their complex, intertwined power structures.
