Power of Attorney for Interest Protection Securing the Future

A power of attorney for interest protection allows you to define, among other things, how property is managed, who can terminate unnecessary contracts, and who has the right to make decisions about care and support when a person is no longer able to make these decisions themselves. The power of attorney comes into effect only when a medical certificate confirms the need for it.
