Seeli Toivio: Film Music

Cellist and mezzo-soprano Seeli Toivio presents an evening concert dedicated to film music at Raahesali. The programme features Hollywood classics - Indiana Jones, Back to the Future, Narnia, The Magnificent Seven, Robin Hood, Gone with the Wind, Vertigo, Arrival, Interstellar, Schindler's List, Titanic, Gladiator, Game of Thrones, Top Gun Maverick - as well as music by Ennio Morricone and atmospheres from Finnish films, including Myrskyluodon Maija. Toivio performs with both acoustic and electric cello, accompanied by her own sound system.

The concert is open to all and lasts 1.5 hours. Doors open one hour before the performance. Discount cards are checked at the entrance.

Tickets (incl. service fee): 20 € (standard ticket) / 15 € (pensioner, student, unemployed, conscript). Assistants and companions of people with disabilities receive free admission - please present your disability card when purchasing tickets. It is also possible to attend with a Kaikukortti card; the card has its own quota and places are limited, tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
