Anne Tarsalainen Presents Her Poetry Collection and Novel

Editor and author Anne Tarsalainen introduces two new works on the Saarikoski mat at Oodi (3rd floor) on Thursday, August 27 at 6 p.m. The event is organized by Anne Tarsalainen herself, with author-therapist-theologian Marjo Ojalammi as interviewer.

The novel "These We Do Not Speak Of" explores Finnish culture's tradition of silence and examines how secrets from the past continue to affect us decades later. The poetry collection "Waters of Sorrow" addresses the fear of loss and how life continues even after death.
