Viivi Rättyä (Album Release Concert)

Singer-songwriter Viivi Rättyä releases her debut album at this concert. Originally from Nurmijärvi, Rättyä began taking singing lessons at age four and has played accordion, piano, and guitar since childhood. She later graduated as a singer from the Pop & Jazz Conservatory. Her solo career began in 2022, first as a duo and later as an expanded band. Producer Gabi Hakanen (Vallila Music House) heard Rättyä's songs with acoustic guitar accompaniment, and their collaboration began.

The album's songs have been performed and arranged together with the current band. The band features Aapo Kokko (guitar), Johannes Suominen (bass), Leevi Heikkilä (drums), and Peik Hietala (keyboards/guitar/flute/lapsteel). The band's first public performance was at Rebekka Holm's Vyöry album release in autumn 2025.
