Hurmos Festival 2026

Hurmos is a joint opening festival for higher education students in Oulu, organized by Oulun yliopiston ylioppilaskunta (OYY) and Oulun ammattikorkeakoulun opiskelijakunta (OSAKO). This year Hurmos is celebrated over three days, 9-11 September 2026, at Kuusisaari in Oulu. The event is K-18 (18+), and all students from freshmen to alumni are welcome.

The programme is spread across several days: Wednesday's sitses (formal dinners) are free, the continuation is held at Viihdemaailma Ilona (tickets from Kide.app or at the door), and Thursday's company and organization fair requires no ticket. With this ticket you gain access to the Friday festival on 11 September from 16:00 to 00:00, featuring artists ranging from student performers to Finland's leading artists - performers will be announced in August.

Festival tickets are purchased through Kide.app. The price for members of OYY, OSAKO, or O'Diak is 29 €, for others 49 €. Tickets are sold in two batches: the first batch opens on 19 August at 12:00 and the second on 26 August at 12:00.
