Jahnukaiset 30th Anniversary Concert

The Tampere-based jazz orchestra Jahnukaiset celebrates 30 years with a concert at Telakka on 11 September. The band was originally formed for a single performance: clarinetist and comic artist Jukka Tilsa needed a jazz orchestra for the opening of an art exhibition he was preparing at Galleria Kukunori in Tampere.

After hundreds of performances and five albums, it is time to celebrate the new album Sivistys (Hiljaiset Levyt) released in spring and look back on three decades of jazz. The concert also includes a raffle.
