Taikasaari Festival

Taikasaari is a multidisciplinary arts festival for adults held in Hämeenlinna's city park. The programme is revealed to guests only during the evening itself - in previous years, the stage and park have featured aerial acrobatics, fire performance, troubadours, improvisational theatre, spoken word, dance, circus, buhurti, visual art, environmental art, and musical performances. As evening falls, the park is lit with atmospheric lighting.

Tickets are exchanged for wristbands on the festival day at the main entrance. If tickets remain available, they can be reserved through the phone service (reservation window 2 days); direct purchases only are possible on the website.

Accessibility: the venue is wheelchair accessible and has an accessible toilet. An assistant may enter free with the assisted person's ticket. The park's natural trails and forest paths are not wheelchair accessible. There is no hearing loop or wheelchair lift.
