Timo Kämäräinen is a versatile musician known for his multidimensional guitar playing. He has written songs, composed instrumental music, and worked as a freelancer across styles ranging from rock through modern jazz to contemporary music with large orchestras. Kämäräinen has also composed music for other artists and served as an artistic producer on several recordings.
He has created theatre music for, among others, three plays by Kristian Smeds. His most recent theatrical work was the music for Samuli Reunanen's production of "Hamlet" at the Finnish National Theatre, where Kämäräinen composed, performed the music, and also played the role of Horatio. He has also composed music for films and television series.
His new album Laulu pelastaa was released on 28.11.2025 via Lördagen. It is Kämäräinen's first album in Finnish under his own name, where he appears as a singer and pop songwriter.
