HERO Reading Guidance at Tölö Library

Do words get tangled or numbers mixed up? Does text jump between lines, does reading feel heavy, or is it hard to grasp the whole picture?

Helsinki Region Association for Diverse Learners (HERO) offers free reading guidance in the foyer of Tölö Library on 13.8 from 18:00 to 19:00. The guidance is provided by HERO's special education professionals.

At the reading guidance session, you will receive information about dyslexia and other learning challenges, practical tips to support reading and writing, and guidance on useful assistive tools and apps - such as audiobooks, speech recognition, and text structuring tools. There is also support for discussing everyday learning situations.
