Instant Creation - Community Art Evenings

Tsone Helsinki organizes Instant Creation community art evenings, featuring 3-4 dancers and a DJ selected through open call for each event.

The evening unfolds as the audience writes or draws prompts that the performers use to create short improvised pieces - first solos, then duets, and finally group prompts. The DJ selects music on the spot based on the prompts. In the final round, interested audience members can join the performance, and after the pieces, a brief discussion opens for audience questions and performers' reflections. The DJ then continues, and the dance floor is open to everyone.

All events are outdoors (weather permitting!), admission is free, and the audience can come and go freely.
