Discussion Group for Older Adults

This group is designed for older people who wish to reflect on life's joys and concerns together with others. The group is led by a volunteer facilitator. The group is currently full.

Participation requires a service centre card and is intended only for retirees and the unemployed. A free service centre card can be obtained from the senior centre's advisory service.
